·        Das Studium beinhaltet neben einer umfangreichen Ausbildung in den Bereichen Sedimentologie und Vulkanologie auch Bereiche der Geophysik (Bohrlochgeophysik) und Biomineralogie, setzt aber ebenso einen Schwerpunkt auf Tektonik und Geochronologie

·        Derzeit Bearbeitung der Masterarbeit zum Thema „Sediment-, Alter- und Strukturanalyse im Archaikum des Barberton Greenstone Belts (Südafrika)“
